YBLOC is our brand. References to YBLOCTOY or ybloctoy.com identify our online store. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Millekee Intelligent (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, operating the YBLOC brand and online store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. They should be read together with the following policies:

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer and sell our products.

Updating your account details does not necessarily update an order already placed. Please contact us directly about changes to an existing order.
If you experience a payment or order dispute, we encourage you to contact us so that we can help resolve it. This does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider or exercise any lawful dispute or chargeback rights.
