Product Story

From a terminal window, the front fan is often the most recognizable part of an airliner’s engine. On this model, it’s also the best place to start looking. Viewed head-on, the blades form a repeating pattern around the center hub. From the side, the long housing shows how that circular fan face fits into the engine’s overall shape.

The build gives you a chance to study both views as the parts come together. When you’re finished, angle the model slightly on your shelf so you can see the fan face and the profile of the engine at the same time.
